missing account

Hi admin,
I have an account with name qinjg and domain coolove.pcriot.com.
But it missing now.
I registered it again, so is it possible to recover it?

If you are saying that you had an account with that cPanel username and domain

And you came back after a period away and the domain and account was gone

And you signed up with the same cPanel username and domain,

Then, you account would have been terminated. Everything gone. They do not keep backups. You have to start all over from scratch.
