Missing add on domain

Hi there,

My add on domain (carpinterialuisruiz.es) cannot be accessed in the web as there are no files in my cpanel. A few months ago, I did not log into the control panel and both of my domians were inactived. For some reason now, my main domain is working fine but my second domain is not. Could you please assist? Is there a way I could have this domian active without having to upload all the files again?

the DNS 'A' record still has has the IP of the old server [ Boru ]
it needs to be changed for the new server [ Level ]

You can check the DNS 'A' record and DNS propagation here --> http://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/carpinterialuisruiz.es

You can change the DNS 'A' record yourself using the advanced zone editor in cPanel
Replace the DNS 'A' record IP [ 69.175.121.66 ] with IP [ 198.91.81.3 ]

or wait for staff to do it
