Missing e-mail sent from server to email target

Hi guys.
My app sent an e-mail from server to client e-mail address, but not delivered to target.

Hello

I ´ve activated DKIM and an e-mail was sent to target, but it always drops into the spam folder.


How do i have to resolve this question ?

I did new tests and it only happens with the gmail provider as
destination.
I didn't find the option to set SPF and DMARC in the account settings.
