Since the migration, I have been unable to login to the cPanel using my credentials. I am able to login to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php but when I click on the cPanel Login option, I get an error stating 'Login Attempt Failed'. I try re-typing my current credentials but get the same error.
It also appears the content from the site is missing. If I browse to http://wcs4350.x10hosting.com/, I get a directory listing page where the only folder is cgi-bin.
