Missing Files, Error establishing a database connection

Hi,
I have been experiencing some problems with my site for the past few of days.
A few days ago I noticed that some of my files were missing; and today, every time I try to visit my site I get the message: "Error establishing a database connection".

Kindly let me know when you expect to have these issues resolved.

My site is back online now. However, I had made changes to some of the theme files, such as style.css, which are gone now.

Yes, I was.

I've restored your entire public_html directory from a backup. I've put the old public_html in public_html_bak, should you need to recover any new data from there.
