Hi,

I know you are still in 'maintenance mode' regarding the CPanel -> DirectAdmin change-over. I'm reviewing my Media in WordPress and it appears some images are missing (just showing a ghost thumbnail). I reviewed the location of the images and it appears to point to one folder in my wp-content\uploads folder in my WordPress.

I've read in previous threads that your are deleting files that are over 10 MB. That is fair for a free-hosting service. I'm just wondering if you also delete a full folder. If you did, no big deal to me. I have backups of those images. I can rebuild it. I

Please let me know.

Folders should not be deleted by the automatic script. Wordpress typically puts anything in wp-content/uploads, often also in subfolders by year/month

It could be that during the migration the files/folders ended up with the wrong permissions which would make them unseen from the webbrowser. Typically folders need to be 755, and files 644.

If you don't see the images there if you login by ftp or use the filemanager in directadmin it will probably be quickest for you to upload them and restore from your backup of them.

Once all migrations are completed I have been told that you should be given access to our backups as well for any files that needs being restored, though I can not tell you when as it was a few days since I last heard anything about the progress.

I've checked it using FTP. The folder is not there. I will restore using my backup. Thanks.
