Missing website & unable to login to cPanel

I am unable to login to the cPanel and gives me the following error (hosted on Chopin):

could it be that my account has been suspended??

Not very obvious from the supensions page:

Below is an ordered list of this hosting account's suspension history, ordered most recent to oldest
suspension Not applicable.

Also I believe I have logged into the user forums more often than every 31 days

Hello,

When we moved the server you are on it looks like your account did not get moved correctly. The old server was disconnected a few days ago so your files have all been lost. Sorry.

Hi chris,

I still cannot log into my cPanel to restore my backup... still getting the above error.
Missing files and folders mostly /home/ilengyel/.cpanel/nvdata.cache


is there a way to reset the domain to an empty page?
