Why still no response to my support issues?

Hi,

My support issues has been closed several times without any solution to my problem, or response.

I have not been able to login to my site (blog) for several weeks (erly february). I was told that my account was one of those that did not get transfered. I now, today, for the first time in many weeks managed to login to my account panel. But where is my c-panel and my wordpress blog?
It does not seem to exist anymore?

Have you deleted my data?

I do have an account, and I did have an active blog since May 2009.
I got a response that my account was one of those that did not get transfered properly when you made the server-changes.

I have waited for your response on this issue for many weeks now. And I have opened several support tickets without any respnse from you.

I got the message at the support-forum that my issue was transfered to Admin, but I have not yet got any response from there.

Ergo.. the message below that I do not have an hosting account is really disturbing after all this time :(

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account.

Hi Bryon, I have now got the answer that my account and data was lost during the move/upgrade/changes of c-panel and chopin.
