mod security .htaccess useless

so anyway for the past few weeks i have been having trouble accessing my admincp features in mybb 1.4 because of the mod security stuff..

i followed the instructions and edited the .htaccess file in my forum root..but that did not fix anything...

i then proceeded to make a ticket in the NEW support area...but it was ignored..

i have made several tickets ranging from different difficulties i faced...timed from 20-24 hours ago but they have all gone either unnoticed or have been ignored.

Please help me with my problem...imho the old forum system for support was much better...just a thought

any update on this matter ...

please whitelist my domain ..as the mybb wiki lists this as a possible solution

i did change the .htaccess file and include the code in the <if module>

still no fix...
