Mod_Auth_Passthrough?

I was having some problems with php http-auth in the PHP software that I registered this account to use in the first place. It works perfectly on other Apache servers and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I spoke to the original author and he thinks it might be something called "mod_auth_passthrough", but other than that, he hasn't got a clue. Thanks in advance.

Upgrade your account to the intermediate version of PHP at http://x10hosting.com/account/
It takes 6-12 hours for it to activate. I'm not sure if this will fix your problem but it might.
