I'm using Grav and i'm having problems with Mod_Security false positives.

The dashboard shows this error:
--------------------------------------
403 Forbidden Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin/notifications.json/task:processNotifications on this server.
--------------------------------------

Trying to save/make changes causes the browser to show:
--------------------------------------
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /public_html/grav/admin/pages/home on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
----------------------------------------

I have tried suggested fixes but I cant seem to disable mod_security or edit it via htaccess.

Yes I've done that and if you follow it through you get back to this page which says its either a windows server issue(I think x10 is Linux based) or a false positive with mod security (x10 currently force on all users)

https://discourse.getgrav.org/t/you...-to-access-admin-notifications-json-task/2912

However I saw this post with a comment from @Dead-i support agent which says:
"However, we are aware that there are many false-positives, and we are more than happy to tweak the mod_security rules to prevent these issues. The only way we can do this effectively, however, is that if users report them."

But I don't see a way of reporting it except here which it appears this is not monitored much.

I suggest either private messaging them, emailing them or try to catch them while they are online.
I am positive they will have seen this post by now though. :D
