modify domain problem

i have accidentally made a request to change my main domain to "x10.bz".

i currently have the domain hosted on "x10.mx" and parked at "co.cc". i noticed that "co.cc" is listed on the list of domains i can change to, but it says "the domain you have supplied is already in use." my question is whether "co.cc" can be used without the "x10.mx" or not. if so, i would like for the domain to permanently be "co.cc" without having to park it there. if not, i would like to continue having the "x10.mx" hosting with the "co.cc" parked domain

Hello!

If you have a registered cocc domain, then "YES" you can use it as your main domain without x10mx.

To do so,first go to cocc account manager and set the dns nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then,use :
https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php (Account Management Panel)

Hosting >> modify domain >> Hosting Account Main Domain Modification

Under Modify Main Domain;
un-check the tick-box and enter your cocc domain.

Then, finally click "Update Main Domain".

Wait for atleast 48 hours, before your cocc domain is globally accessible.

Please note that to register your own cocc domain, you have to visit www co cc.

First and foremost, I still have a pending action on my account to modify the domain from "x10.mx" to "x10.bz". This is not desired at all, and I would appreciate it if this action can be cancelled before it actually changes the domain and exacerbates the situation at hand. Just a suggestion, but if easily implementable, perhaps a cancel button would be useful for users who have accidentally requested an action.

Okay, back to the issue at hand. I have had a registered "co.cc" domain and the dns nameservers are already set correctly. I have been using it with my "x10.mx" account via parked domain method.

With the parked domain of "co.cc", if I try to change the subdomain to "x10.mx", I get the error: "Supply a different domain than your account's current domain if you would like to change it." Fair enough, that makes sense. "x10.mx" is already my subdomain with a parked domain at "co.cc".

If I try to change it to "co.cc", it gives me this: "The domain you have supplied is already in use." I guess that's also true, it is already in use, by me...

So, I figure I have to get rid of the parked domain at "co.cc" through cPanel, but in doing so, I get an error message saying "There was a problem removing the parked domain" with the additional details "Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully synchronized with Jackmunch. Array ( )". So it removes the parked domain, but doesn't properly sync with Jackmunch. I'm guessing this unsuccessful synchronization is why the "Hosting Account Main Domain Modification" page is still showing my main domain as "x10.mx" with a parked domain at "co.cc", even though my domain at "co.cc" is inaccessible now since it has been removed in cPanel.

Ignoring that, I have unchecked "Use an x10Hosting subdomain as my account's main domain" and entered my "co.cc" domain as you have suggested. It automatically rechecks the box, selects "co.cc" as the subdomain, and gives me the error message: "The domain you have supplied is already in use."

In conclusion, I would like to cancel my pending action of changing from"x10.mx" to "x10.bz" since that does not at all help me get towards my goal, which is using my x10 hosting with the main domain of "co.cc" without parking through the middle man "x10.mx" domain. You have said that this is possible, but I am having a very difficult time making it actually happen (perhaps because of a jackmunch or other error). Is there any way someone with the capabilities can just make this happen? If not, please let me know what I have to do. Thanks so much!
