More Disk Space Pls

Hi I hope all is well and I appreciate the help in advance.
I was told that I can make a request to get more disk space after my account is reviewed.
Can Some one help me with that?

you must be using at least 75% of your disk space.
your account needs to be at least 7 days old, ad follows the terms of service.
all files must be in use by your website, no .zip or file backups etc stored.
clear any temporary files.
then your site needs to be reviewed by staff
