I just need ONE more SQL database because I'm using both as of right now. Do I have to upgrade my hosting?

To get more databases, you will need to upgrade to Prime which gives you double: http://x10hosting.com/prime-membership
You can install more than one software/script in one database. Just use a different table prefix each time. For example, to install two Wordpress blogs in one database, just use the prefix wp1_ for the first and wp2_ for the second one.
