more than 24 hours since upgrade request submitted

Hello I submitted a request to have php upgraded yesterday on my site. I want to run wordpress. I was told I couldn't have advanced but to resubmit the request asking for intermedia instead. I did this and more than 24 hours have passed since this and I have heard nothing.

Is there someway I can find out what the state of play is.

It doesn't look like you have applied for intermediate PHP. Please make sure, you fill in the reason and submit the request.

Oh deer I certainly did, I know so because I wasn't sure whether I clicked the wrong option first time around so did it a second time to make sure I had clicked the correct option.

I'll go and resubmit it.

Thanks I have just received confirmation that the application has been accepted and am will await it being switched on now.

You now have to wait for approximately 6-12hs for your PHP version to update. Please be patient.
