Hi.

I want to start by saying that you guys at x10hosting are busy, and I like the fact that you are open for suggestions, but sometimes, I'd like a bit more info. An hour ago, I noticed that I could not login to cPanel. After trying some sollutions, I watch the community support board, and the first page is full of topics saying "CAN'T LOG IN TO CPANEL!!!!!' and htings like that, that should be a hint, when something is wrong, give people a clue about what's going on.

ok, I just found this in the support section

If you can't login to your cPanel on fris, go to http://x10hosting.com/control Login using your forum info and change your cPanel password. If that doesn't work then open up a support request and we will kindly resolve your issue.

so they gave us info, thx for that, but you should also post these things in the service alerts boards (http://www.status.x10hosting.com), so that we have 1 place where we we can find all the info in one place.

I couldn't agree with you more. I found out FTP was down a few days ago not by status.x10hosting.com but by reading many repeat posts in the forums saying that it was.

Posting the information in a single location with frequent updates will help keep the number of repeat support requests down.
