How do I get custom themes on my wordpress?

1) Find a theme:

But this is like on the web, how do I install it so it goes into my website?

Access it via ftp

is your wordpress self hosted?

What do you mean by self hosted? I followed a tutorial to come here, go to fantastico and install wordpress. Hope that helps

You need to download Wordpress themes first, usually in a .zip or .rar format. After that, you need to upload it to where you installed Wordpress (usually WP-Content > Themes) via CPanel or FTP. Extract the file and you should see the theme available for selection on your blog site's administration panel.
