Most Data Wiped Out.

My sql databases were wiped out all of a sudden. Can I retrieve them? I have an old back up, but I lost some important things from this morning.

Edited: Even my FTP accounts, and pretty much everything, except for my disk's data, was completely wiped out!

Edited: Everything except email accounts and disk data.

Yes, they vanished just recently. This morning, everything was perfect. It was also fine around 7ish today. (PM)

Edited: I can't access phpmyadmin. I would import an old backup, but the changes between the last backup and now is still big.

Edited: I cannot make another SQL user. I'm pretty much denied access to doing anything I can do on my side to restore some of what I lost.
