most recent backup?

Since the issue with starka my site information is completely gone is there a way to restore from the past 2 days as the R1soft backup goes back 2.5 weeks and my site was redone 2 days ago

Unfortunately, another user discovered the same problem with their account today. There is nothing that can be done. X10 does inform you when you sign up that because free servers are subject to very high levels of abusive use, you should back up your own data. The R1soft backup is really a last resort. Sorry there's nothing we can do.

"As a service we provide free incremental backups that are able to be restored by the user from their cPanel. As of this writing paid hosting gets 4 different restore points per day with over 40 total to go back to, free hosting gets 1 per day with 3 to go back to."

It said "As of this writing," so things may have changed since. However, I think it's more of a bug than it is an intentional change. This issue was brought up earlier today, and I'm sure a staff member will look into it soon.
