Hello,
I would like to ask for help, please.

I just tried to change my domain email account password but something went wrong and now most of my x10hosting settings are lost! More specifically, cPanel shows 0/5 Email accounts, 0/5 subdomains, 0/5 parked domains. The mySQL and FTP settings have not been lost though. Also, my files seem ok and my parked domain (hypest.org) works fine.

Any way to reverse this situation?

thank you in advance...

Have you deleted any of the folders in your home folder (the mail and cPanel ones, and tmp for instance)? If so, you'll have to recreate all your email accounts and everything from there. This seems like you've deleted some hidden files/folders that store this information.

Thank you for your reply!
No, I'm afraid I haven't "touched" anything manually. I don't know if the unfinished "password change" operation deleted anything or not.

I personally haven't deleted or otherwise modified any file nor folder.

I'm not sure if that caused the password change problem, but I had javascript off (NoScript extension in Firefox) when trying to change the emailbox password. I didn't have the chance to try it again with Javascript On, since no email and no domains were visible afterwards. Anyway, I had immediately decided to not touch anything and post this forum request.

Very weird, can you try re-creating one of the address and see if it errors?

If you re-create it, I think it will pick the settings back up as they should still be there. Changing the password should not have done this though.
