Use a site as a database?

Hi,
First of all I want to thank you for all these efforts to give us a best quality free hosting! Then, I am posting here because I want to move to the new adfree plan. Second, I want to know am I following the TOS in this case or not:
I want to use my free hosting account to store user's data on files, when someone creates a new account from my program, the program posts the user informations to the site then, a file will be created for every user containing his password and his other informations. Is that okey? Is it considerated as file hosting?

Why you are storing these information? What type of website you are running?

Not a website but a program, a shell for PSP coded in lua.

Well if the first purpose is to host the files, then it's illegal. However, if it's to post the user information, it should be okay. But this is a special case.

If you offer some form of website with this service, i don't see why not

Euuh, see Chrome OS, it uses Google ID to login to the computer
