Where did you tell them to move?

I believe the only important ones are public_html and www folders. The rest of them are CPanel settings for your account, which you can fix using the corresponding CPanel tool.

I believe the default place the files are moved is to your home directory. It should've let you know where the files were being moved to when you click on the Move button.

Just find your files in the file manager and move them to your public_html folder.
You shouldn't let other people on your account bacause it is aginsts the ToS.

Moving all your files into your public_html folder won't necessarily solve the problem, as it may cause private configuration files to end up publicly accessible.

And sharing accounts is against the Terms of Service, but allowing someone else to access the account solely to receive support is permitted.

You can also try cPanel -> Files -> R1Soft

And restore things to some day prior to the move.
