I just moved my hosting to the free x10. I've had a number of issues with SSL because I used the Flexible SSL of cloudflare but some .js and .css had issues so kept clearing the cache to see what is the issue.
I was keeping an eye to CPU process and IO in the process, and all the time it was low. Highest it was, was around 20% and I gave it a few moments to settle back down (as you can see from procharts).
Then all of a sudden:
This is the suspension notice:
Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours
CPU resources were limited for your site
You have reached entry processes (number of simultaneously running php and cgi scripts, as well as cron jobs and shell sessions) limit 44 times
I/O usage resources were limited for your site
But this image shows that I didn't overuse any limitations (as far as I can see)
Anyone can please explain why was I limited? And how can I make sure I don't fault again?
