Moving over to Premium hosting; issues with free hosting.

Dear x10Hosting,

Can you please tell me how I go about upgrading my free account to your premium hosting? And also, how my account can be transferred over to this?

Access to my WordPress admin has been sluggish and erratic for a few days now, and I keep receiving the following message: "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I have also been suspended twice – apparently due to high resource usage, though I am only trying to log in to my account.

Will these problems affect me on premium? I have limited time to finish my site, but have been impressed with x10 – minus these niggles.

Premium does allow for more resources to be used, there's far less users per server to share the resources between, this also makes premium much more stable and reliable.

To get your account automatically transferred, just sign up for premium at http://x10premium.com and once the account has been paid submit a ticket, through the premium support system, and request your current account to be transferred. Don't forget to include at least your account user name for free hosting in that ticket so we know which account to move.
