Hello there, i hope this is in the right forum....

I signed up for a free hosting account at the end of December and have been using it since. I am truly amazed by what you offer here, everything runs well, but sometimes databases and access rates can be reeeeally slow. now, what I'd like to do, is continue to support you by going premium.

but, ... i haven't found an easy option to move the whole site from "stoli" to a premium server. Does moving to premium mean that I have to do all of the migration (ftp, db, cpanel settings, dns, etc.) manually?

thank you for your help

and keep up this great service!

They removed the option during signup for it to happen automatically, but you could still get a premium hosting plan then file a ticket at the Paid clients area (it's a different link and they send it via email) to have the old account moved over I think. Staff/admins shouldn't have too much of a problem with it given thats how it had to be done in the past, before the paid account creation was automatic :)

thank you for the answer.... i had hoped it would be easier, though

It's about as easy as it used to be; it's pretty much "file ticket, wait for support to say it's done" :)

The Paid client tickets are -way- faster than the free ones; they go through a completely different system that notifies admins directly as opposed to it being filed on the forums :)
