no puedo subir archivos mp3 ? mi sitio web se encarga de difundir artistas uruguayos y argentinos . los artistas me envian su material para que yo lo suba ami sitio asi la gente puede descargarlos.

Provided you own all of the rights to the files or have the explicit permission of the owner, MP3 files would be allowed, but would have to be directly linked to a working website of some kind.
