MP3s? Ok or not?

Now, before you ask me whether I actually read the ToS, yes I did.
So what I want to know is if it would be ok to upload personal MP3 recordings to your server? They're not copyrighted, because... well, it's just an casual band of a few friends.

If MP3s are not allowed on your server in general, which audio formats are allowed? Because I'd like to place a little Music applet on the page eventually.

I can't see it being a problem if you own the rights to the music, or have permission to use them in such a manner.

That's what I thought, I just wanted to check with the Host, in case they don't allow MP3 files in general.

EDIT: Should've tried a broader search before asking... they have this covered in the Commandments

Id be careful what you do. you could ed up with your account suspended. I'd open a support ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com. then admin will check for you.
