mp4 video not playing all the time

Every few hours my video is deleted from my FTP, everytime The video size is 180mb could that be the issue? Or is there another way I can input it into my HTML code hosting it from a video host?

From the Terms of Service:
"Hosting accounts may not be used to store backups, personal files, or non-web accessible files. Any files hosted on the account must be directly related to the website the account is intended for. Files over 10MB in size will be automatically removed from non-upgraded accounts."
You may find the Terms of Service tab at the bottom of each page under "LEGAL".
