MSQL Server Problems ??

Does anyone know if there is something wrong with the database server??

The account manager says it is up but my site can't access it ??

well wordpress on my site says it can't access the database when it could the other day

Go onto your cpanel and check if the database is still there.

It may have errored. I restarted it, let me know if you're still having problems.
