I know after only 3 days she has been released from prison on medical grounds?!? That shouldn't be allowed, and if the Judge who jailed her had been informed of her release, he would of refused to let her out on legal grounds. And damn right she should go back to jail. Why should she get special treatment because she is rich?

IMO she should be sent back and start her jail term all over again, and perhaps then she will understand that she can't get away with breaking the law just because she is rich and famous.

P.S Her best mate Nicole Richie could end up in jail as well for drink driving down the wrong side of a road. And also smoking drugs!
