Multiple Accounts

i have been with you for many years http://www.malc.x10.mx/
i also set up later on three more accounts for friends who did not know how. I have now been blocked for multiple accounts. Can you please unblock my account. I will inform my friends if they want to continue they will have to sort it out themselves but I don’t think they still know how so doubt if they will do anything.
I just need mine working ok please. So please unblock my account http://www.malc.x10.mx/
I have requested this before but not sure if I did it in correct place.

I have been able to ftp all the time so far but when I sign in to x10 the same message appears

Thanks I really did not understand it all, I had mine for years and two friends needed a website so knowing they don’t really use internet and would not check each month I did it for them from two new separate emails that I could check for them. This month when I signed in that notice came up and is still there. I have informed my two friends they might lose their websites. Anyway thanks for your help hopefully all will be sorted. I am now 80 and it all gets too much for me anything different.
