Hello,

After the restoring of the Chopin server, I have encountered several issues related to domains and subdomains that I had configured on my account.

They are not listed on the CPanel "Parked Domains" or "Addon Domains" pages, while they appear in several other places (like the domains drop-down in "Subdomains" and on the "Hosting" page on x10hosting.com/panel). At the same time, I can't readd them in CPanel>Domains (I get "Error from park wrapper: DOMAIN.TLD is already configured").
The bottom line is that I'm stuck with "ghost" domains.

I'd really appreciate any help, if some staff member could look into this.

As a note: if it makes things simpler, erasing all and any domain or subdomain associated with my account, so I can re-add/re-configure them, is OK with me.

Thank you,
Armand

Can you list the domains in question and if they are parked or addon? If they are addon please specify which directory they should point to on the account.

Sure.

They were "addon domains" and subdomains. More to the point:

caveatlector.eu (addon dom) --> ~/public_html/caveatlector.eu
This one does not appear in the addon domains list. It does appear in the domains drop-down on several CPanel pages (subdomains, email accounts, MX config, Index manager). It doesn't appear in the DNS zone editors (neither "simple" nor "advanced").
I also can't re-add it as a domain, be it "parked" or "addon". (I get an error msg saying, "Error from park wrapper: caveatlector.eu is already configured.")

There also was an issue with test.invariant.eu and billing.invariant.eu not appearing on the subdomains page (but appearing in the same drop-downs where caveatlector.eu appeared), which remained "stuck" after I deleted the addon domain invariant.eu (can't imagined why I did that, but that's another problem). It appears OK now -- I readded addon domain invariant.eu, and they seem to have returned to normal. I suppose it was due to a CPanel "undocumented feature". Anyway, sorry for bothering you with _this_ detail.

Also, I currently have ak.turing.eu.org as the "main domain" and turing.eu.org "parked". At some point I requested the change of the main domain to turing.eu.org, but the request was ignored, I suppose (it happened in the middle of some server changes/movings/backups/etc.)
This is however pretty unimportant an issue. I mentioned it only FYI, in case it helps shine some light on some detail.

Thanks so much for your help, Corey.

caveatlector.eu should be added again... if it is not setup right you should now be able to remove it and re-add it also.

Glad the subdomain issues are already resolved, less for me to do.

Regarding the main domain... you should be able to do this via the account panel tomorrow. Make sure the domain you are changing to is not currently added on the account anywhere.
