hi there,

forum/cPannel ID: balsa

just setup my account yesterday and everything is working fine so far. i have two questions/problems though: (let me know if it would be better to create seperate threads...)

1. my website is for a project i'm working on, so i'm the lone admin. nonetheless i'd like to set up an email-address that is being forwarded to everyone involved in this project - but having added the forwarders, some don't seem to work (all gmail accounts)
- is there a limitation/ban for email addies being forwarded to multiple recipients?

2. i set my main domain to a domain i own (liberty-lane.com). works fine, but: trying to access my cPannel from another computer (lab at my university) than my own was not possible
- is there an ip-lock on my personal ip, so that i can only use it from home or does this have to do with any rights issues regarding my univerities computers (if so - which rights does cPannel require?)

(3. by the way - searching the forum i came across those "link your account to a forum account"-issue. Is my account linked? I set up the same user and password...)

thanks and hello to all you lovely people out there...

2) They are most likely blocking port 2082. Use a proxy so the connections are routed over port 80.

3) Your account is linked correctly.
