Should I just make a new account since addon domain creation is broken and no one's doing anything about it, or am I going to get banned for having multiple free accounts?
Server Usage

The account holder is responsible for all hosted material on the account and any actions performed by the account due to material hosted on it. Multiple Accounts
Users detected to have multiple accounts may be suspended without notice. If you are an educational institution or non-profit that will be accessing multiple accounts from a single location please contact us so we can mark your accounts accordingly.
