Multipul site question

Now I know this has most likely been covered over and over, but me and a friend (murderman143 to be exact) both have web space through x10 hosting, and I just purchased a domain name, and was wondering what the stance is on using it for his space (with his okay of course), and setting up an FTP account so I can upload some things to his space. He has admin access completely on everything, and nothing gets done without his ok, so I was wondering if we are at risk of getting banned still, or if it is acceptable.

If there are two different persons holding an account each, then accessing your friend's account is NOT a problem. Go ahead.

This thread actually helped me to, thanks kajasweb, i have a friend who while im away might be editing my site (with my permission) So this saves me making a new thread.
