I want to know, must I post the ads at all my site? including my private site, which is just a testing site before distributing? It is only seen by me

You SHOULD have the ads in all the pages that public can access.
If your testing site has password protection, then you can leave it without ads.

Also the Ads have to be there to Support the x10Team & Servers to keep the Services up & running without them this wouldnt be possible, its a source of revenue ( Getting Money)

well...as sad as it is, Corey pays for MOST of this out of pocket, not from ad money. ad money might help like 5% or something, but the majority of this is out of his pocket, so it'd be good if we could get a bunch of users to click the ads once or twice a day, this would be a big help if we could get a lot of people to do it i'm sure

If Corey didn't like running this service, then I'm pretty sure he wouldn't.

And, back to your question about the ads: If you don't place the ads on every page, you are risking your account being suspended for a certain amount of days or terminated (deleted) if the problem persists. You don't need the ads on pages that are password protected so that you are the only person who can see them, but you might want to put them up anyways.
