My name is Tony, an adfree-infinity user of 10hosting, I am currentlly having a problem of receiving email from my own site bravaskn.x10.mx, therefore, I would like to know if you can help me out on this one.

Facts:

* I parked my paid domain www.bravaskin.com as primary domain into my account bravaskn.x10.mx
* I installed a Wordpress Plugin, Contact Form 7, and place it at http://www.bravaskin.com/contact-us/, but I can not receive any email sends out successfully from this plugin, which I have been used for most of my other wordpress projects.
* I found this post ( http://wordpress.org/support/topic/contact-form-7-not-receiving-email-no-email-sent ) which claims a solution. I set up mail.bravaskn.x10.mx as Destination, and 0 as Priority for both domain bravaskin.com and bravaskn.x10.mx, but I am end up with a failure.

Therefore, I would like to know if you can help me out on this.

Thank you very much.

Tony

What are you using for your "From" address in the Contact Form 7 settings? The domain for the email must match the domain on your account (cannot be something like @gmail.com or @live.com which would be forged headers).

See: http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/173038-email.html

Alternatively, you can have WordPress mail (including messages from Contact Form 7) be sent through a third party mail service, such as Gmail using an SMTP plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/configure-smtp/
