I've searched the forums before posting, and haven't found a problem like mine, but sorry if i've missed something.

Whenever I try changing mx records for my domain chetz92.co.uk, get get this error:

MX Entry Maintenance There was a problem changing the mx entry. Show Details
Error fetching zone data for chetz92.co.uk.db's MX
My domain points to ns1.x10hosting and ns2, and the domain shows pages correctly.

Also while I'm here, how would I go about changing CNAME records, somehow through cPanel, or from my domain registrar?

Thanks

Moved to level two support

CNAME records need to be set by a administrator. Post what you want set and it will be done for you.

I would like the following MX records for chetz92.co.uk,

Set any TTL values to the maximum allowed.
MX Server address Priority
ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. 10
ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. 20
ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. 20
ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 30
ASPMX3.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 30
ASPMX4.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 30
ASPMX5.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 30

And the following CNAME record:

CNAME: mail.
result: ghs.google.com

Thanks

CNAME record added.
You should now be able to add the MX records yourself. Let me know if you still get an error.

Ok, I've fixed the issue and was able to add the MX records.
