Mx record setup for domain

I'm trying to get my domain's mx record setup and i'm not sure i'm doing it right for my domain and need your help . I have posted a screenshot of what i tried so far . I would like it for when people write me at me domain email address it go over to my mail.

the domain is hamradiotv.tk an the email address i would like the mx record for is www.hamradiotv.tk

Are you setting these up for a 3rd party mail exchange server such as gmail? Or trying to restore default? Also in the screenshot I think you might of left off the v but typically you would provide mx entrees for 3rd party mail exchange servers and otherwise not need to modify it. I'm trying to set it up from windows live mail as my domain was on there. and not sure where to start

Basically it use to be like this but since Microsoft is changing over to that outlook stuff I am not certain...
