MX records not working properly (emails are being sent but not received)

I am on the x15 server, and my domain is registered with Namecheap.

In the REGISTRAR MX records I put the following:

@ mail.mydomain.com 10

However, emails are being sent (arriving in spam but they are being sent), however I am not receiving any emails.

I have checked the following:

• MX records are correct
• Checked "Please use this server to manage my emails. Otherwise, change the MX records and uncheck this option." on DirectAdmin

I am not sure what else to check. Any help would be appreciated.

Too many issues when using domains registrar dns host manager. Support for x10hosting nameservers dns host manager. Please update the nameservers to x10hosting nameservers.

You misunderstand, "DNS Host". The domain registrar has a DNS host and X10hosting has a DNS host. You can use Namecheap DNS host. mail records will need to be there. No support for using Namecheap DNS host.

To use x10hosting DNS host, Name Servers need to be updated at the registrar.
Name Server: ns1.x10hosting.com
Name Server: ns2.x10hosting.com
