my acc is suspended?

I actually went through the conditions for opening an acc. And did not violate it in an way,so how come my acc is suspended? My acc is oshofree.x10.mx

EDIT: I have just checked your account and found the file 'ogbonge.php'. This is a PHP server for India Web Proxy. Suspension is permanent.
