My account host can not used because i use password more than 16 character but i changed password shorter but i can't used again i don't know how to do now

and can not update it repeat repeat

and i have a small question : i can use blog wordpress for this host

Please cancel your current signup attempt and then signup again taking note of the password error you received. That frequently solves that problem.
And yes, you can use WordPress. Many, many people do.
