My Account Cancellation did not proceed

Hello, I was under the impression that the new cancellation process was automated, however it's been past 72 hours and so I made this topic wondering if something else I did wrong.



We received a cancellation request for your web hosting account on 2013-08-27 01:25:19.

:edit: I simply want to change account name not actually stop using x10 hosting.

I believe that if you make a request using the forum account linked to your hosting account, an admin will be able to change it.
