My account could not be found ??

Hello,

Today I tried signing onto my website via the X10 Hosting Sign-In and unfortunately I was not able to. It says that no account has been found (not existing) and the reason for the account suspension/termination might be due to inactivity or violation of the TOS.

For a fact, I know that I have not violated any of the TOS and more than likely my account might have been suspended due to inactivity.

My question is, can my account be re-activated or do I have to start all over again and sign-up for the service again? Any answers would be of help.

It will have been deleted, so you'd need to recreate it. Remember that you need to log into the single sign-on portal ( https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ ) at least once every 30 days to avoid suspension for inactivity, and that if your account is suspended for inactivity, you have a limited amount of time to log in and unsuspend yourself. After that time has expired, the account will be teminated/deleted.
