my account got suspended

last saturday while sending newsletter to my forum(i use smf) members i forgot to enable the mail quene

smf tried to send all that mail at possible time

now my account is suspended

You have been suspended for violating our max email per hour rule - free hosting accounts are only allowed to send 100 emails per 1 hour (3600 seconds). Contact x10hosting support to resolve this suspension

now i cant have to access my domain (www.10007.co.cc)

while trying to post a support ticket at x10hosting's forum it shows an messege

The support forum is temporarily closed because of people flooding with support requests for server outage. Though the reason has been posted in the server status page. The say it will open soon. probably in a few hours.

May be some mod sees this post before it and lifts the suspension. Wait patiently. They are already doing much to provide us free service.
