My account got suspended..

Hello, I'm currently one of your customer who is making use of your free webservice. I tried to visit my hosted website but it says that it was suspended. I don't know how it got suspended because I see a lot of reasons. Reason 1: I was not able to confirm my email address, Reason 2: I don't know if I broke the terms of service, and Reason 3: I did not set a security question for my account.... So just in case you are able to read this request, it would be nice to tell me which of the reason(s) I broke so I would not be able to repeat the same mistake again. Thank you very much and long live the web.

I don't see a hosting account linked with your forum account. Please log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with your email address that you signed up with and then link your accounts. After that you should be able to unsuspend yourself if it's for inactivity.
