My Account has been suspended. Help.

My account has been suspended for high usage three times.

In the first and second time, I have check my code and close many possible functions of high usage.
I also checked my access logs, found nothing wrong. I have try my best to avoid again.

But now, I got a third one. And I can't even backup my data cause I can't login in now.

I don't know for what the high usage happened. Database? Too many users(only ten persons online)?
Can somebody tell me the reason?

only 10 user can't cause the high resource usage, Mostly some script or plugin causes it.

Check and disable it once you are unsuspended.

I am escalating thread to admins to resolve it
