My account has been suspended

My account has been suspended and I am unable to resolve! The description says that I have hosted my site elsewhere! I haven't changed anything and this should not be suspended. Please action ASAP as or charity is losing bookings as a result.

Not a problem, I have the data backed up. Unless the site is likely to come back online shortly, can you please unsuspend me so that I can get the site back up and running asap.

you will have to wait to be unsuspended. This is so that a safe transfer can be carried out. Your account should be unsuspended in a few hours from this post.
