My Account has been suspended

My free hosting account was suspended some days ago and I wasn't given sufficient reasons for it.This is what I was told, please can I be told the exact thing I did that must have led to this level of penalty being given to me.
If it be possible please, kindly release the account so I can continue its smooth usage as it was before now.THANKS
