Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. A criminally fraudulent phishing site attempting to deceive visitors through masquerading as a trustworthy entity was uploaded.

I am new to web hosting and don't understand what this means, I am more than happy to change or remove anything if it is ''criminally fraudulent phishing'' .. but I can''t do anything till I know what it is?

Yes there is a Register page on the site, I have talked to my legal advisor and he has said that as the register page was and is not working then there is no need for any certificate. I have a web developer working on this website with me he is the one creating the register page along with some other members only pages. He told me that this is fine to do as we cannot "phish" if people cannot submit information.

So your legal advisor uses a live.co.uk email address?

In any case I'll escalate this up to staff, but if your legal advisor is going to be using a live.co.uk email, I question his legitimacy. One would think it'd be a non-throwaway email host he'd be using.
